• One-to-One Sessions: All information shared—whether personal, financial, or strategic—is held in the strictest confidence. We do not disclose the contents of our sessions to any third party period, except where required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).

• Group Workshops: Participants in group settings are required to observe "Chatham House Rules." While you are free to use the logic and tools gained, the identity and specific contributions of other participants must remain confidential.

2. Recording & Digital Privacy

To protect the integrity of the coaching space:

• Strict No-Recording Policy: Thrive Motivation does not record any audio or video sessions as a standard practice. Participants are strictly prohibited from recording sessions (via Zoom or external devices).

• AI Integration: We disable automated AI meeting assistants and third-party transcription services to ensure your data is not processed by external algorithms.

 

3. Data Minimization & Note-Taking

We collect only the information necessary to facilitate your business or whole person Transformation:

• Purpose of Notes: Any notes taken during or after sessions are used exclusively to inform our professional practice, track your development, and ensure continuity in your "Best Version" journey.

• Storage: Notes are stored in password-protected environment and are not shared, sold, or used for external marketing.

• Retention: We retain notes only as long as necessary to support your progress and in line with GDPR guidelines
